How to brew
Add 2 g (about 5–6 pearls per cup, or 1 teaspoon) to a cup and pour over 80°C (let boiling water cool for 2–3 minutes). Cover and steep for 2–3 minutes, then strain. Drink it plain, or add honey or lemon to taste. For iced tea, brew it double strength and pour it over ice. Store the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
