Return Policy
We aim to fulfill orders as per your specifications, but if there is an issue, please notify us within 2 working days of receiving your order for prompt resolution. JiriHealth will not be responsible for issues if not reported within 2 days.
Returns are accepted if:
You receive incorrect or damaged items.
Conditions for returns:
- Items must be in original packaging with labels/barcodes.
- Only unused products, such as unopened jars or pouches, can be returned.
- The original invoice must be returned for processing.
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or partially used items.
- Expired items.
- Products with second-time return requests.
Refund Policy
We offer full refunds under the following conditions:
- You received a defective item.
- The item was lost or damaged during transit.
- The item is expired.
