Return Policy

We aim to fulfill orders as per your specifications, but if there is an issue, please notify us within 2 working days of receiving your order for prompt resolution. JiriHealth will not be responsible for issues if not reported within 2 days.

Returns are accepted if:

You receive incorrect or damaged items.

Conditions for returns:

  • Items must be in original packaging with labels/barcodes.
  • Only unused products, such as unopened jars or pouches, can be returned.
  • The original invoice must be returned for processing.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used items.
  • Expired items.
  • Products with second-time return requests.

Refund Policy

We offer full refunds under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective item.
  • The item was lost or damaged during transit.
  • The item is expired.

Refund Processing:

  1. Refunds may take up to 10 working days, depending on the payment method.
  2. To request a refund, email your order details including the reason.
